The short version
- We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your language and keep the app comfortable to use.
- We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data.
- Because of that we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add anything non-essential, we will ask first.
- The payment window (Razorpay) may set its own cookies while you pay.

1.What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. “Local storage” is a similar space in your browser that keeps settings on your device. Both let a site remember you between pages and visits. This policy covers the Prajna web application at prajna.propel.co.in.

The sign-in cookies are set only for our own domain, with the “Lax” same-site setting and the Secure flag in production.
4.Third parties
When you open the payment window to buy a plan, we load Razorpay’s Checkout, which runs on Razorpay’s own domain. Razorpay may set cookies or similar storage to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those are governed by Razorpay’s privacy policy. It is loaded only when you start a payment, not on ordinary pages.
Fonts are bundled with the application, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts when you use Prajna.
5.The desktop app
Prajna Desktop is not a website and does not use browser cookies. It keeps its settings and your data in files on your own computer.
6.Managing or deleting them
You can view and delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings (usually under “Privacy” or “Site data”), or by signing out. You can also block cookies, but if you block or delete the essential ones the sign-in will stop working, and you will need to sign in again. Preference items will reset to their defaults.
